Resumen

La formación médica se reconoce como un proceso académico exigente, caracterizado por una alta carga de trabajo, un gran volumen de contenido, contacto temprano con el sufrimiento humano y una presión constante por el rendimiento. Si bien estos aspectos son inherentes a la formación profesional, su intensidad puede contribuir a comprometer la salud mental de los estudiantes, favoreciendo el desarrollo de trastornos psicológicos y emocionales, incluido el síndrome de burnout (ISHAK et al., 2013).
