This article examines the leadership and technical expertise of Celio Francisco Filho, a mechatronic engineer who successfully implemented a Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery system between the Brazilian automotive supplier Dyna and the automaker Fiat. The study highlights the integration of production processes, real-time logistics synchronization, and digital transformation strategies that enabled significant improvements in operational efficiency, inventory reduction, and delivery accuracy. Additionally, it addresses the cultural and organizational changes necessary to sustain JIT practices and positions the project within the broader context of lean manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
