Abstract

The planning and self-assessment of everything and the parts that make up a sector is essential for the constant evolution of the activities that involve people. However, it is worth mentioning and highlighting that working with individuals is not an easy task due to the existing diversity, for this reason and among other existing ones, the relevant Human Resources sector stands out for productive, harmonious work that enables opportunities. Thus, the general objective of this work is to analyze the evolution of Human Resources in Brazil. As a summary, we have the following specific objectives: conception of Human Resources over the long term, identifying the contributions of the Human Resources sector to companies, contemporary challenges of Human Resources. I study a descriptive approach, in a quantitative typology based on a bibliographical research, using the deductive method. It is essential to invest in effective practices that value our collaborators and promote a healthy and productive work environment. These strategies contribute to achieving positive and sustainable results, driving growth and organizational success.
