PROMOTING INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PENEDO-AL: A STUDY ON PROMOTION AND SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS

This article investigates and analyzes the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation in the city of Penedo, Alagoas, with the overall objective of identifying agencies that support entrepreneurship and innovation in the region. Specifically, the study aims to establish the concept of entrepreneurship and innovation, conduct a geographic survey of the organizations involved in this promotion, and structure a conceptual map that visually projects the scenario of entrepreneurship and innovation promotion in the city. The research employs a data collection methodology through literature review, document analysis, and field research. The results highlight the importance of entrepreneurship for local development and identify government agencies, educational institutions, and private initiatives as the main promotion agents. The conceptual map illustrates the interactions between these organizations and their roles in Penedo's entrepreneurial ecosystem. It is concluded that, despite the challenges, the city presents a promising network of entrepreneurship support, which can be strengthened through strategic partnerships and incentive policies.
