The introduction of technological resources into occupational therapy processes presents itself as a strategy to meet the demands of individuals who explore and follow technological innovations, including those with neuromotor disabilities. This research sought to analyze the scientific literature on Game Therapy as an assistive technology in the therapeutic rehabilitation process, analyzing scientific productions published in 2019 on the journal websites of CAPES, BVS, Scielo, and ScienceDierct. This is an integrative systematic review, using structured descriptors in DeCS and MeSH. Data collection took place in June 2019. Scientific articles were adopted as inclusion criteria, and articles that did not address the topic studied were excluded. It is expected that further studies will expand this area of physical therapy intervention, favoring increasingly effective treatments for all patients.
