NEUROLIDERAZGO ADAPTATIVO Y REGULACIÓN NEUROVISCERAL: UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA DE LA LITERATURA SOBRE LA GESTIÓN DE CONFLICTOS EN EL ENTORNO DE BANI

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo sintetizar y analizar críticamente, a través de una investigación bibliográfica exploratoria y cualitativa, cómo la literatura científica y corporativa contemporánea articula la regulación neurovisceral y la carga alostática en las estrategias de liderazgo y mediación de conflictos en el escenario BANI. El trabajo adopta el diseño de Revisión Integrativa de la Literatura, utilizando bases de datos indexadas para recuperar obras fundamentales y artículos publicados desde 1995 hasta la actualidad. El análisis hermenéutico se fundamenta en los principios de la Teoría Polivagal y en la economía metabólica del cerebro (presupuesto corporal), partiendo de la premisa de que la estabilidad fisiológica y el tono vagal actúan como bases biológicas para el compromiso social productivo. Se concluye que el estado del arte evidencia una transición metodológica en las organizaciones: el abandono progresivo de enfoques basados estrictamente en inventarios de "cognición fría" a favor de modelos que reconocen las heurísticas de supervivencia instintivas ("cognición caliente"). Finalmente, el estudio destaca la importancia de evitar el reduccionismo biológico al interpretar el comportamiento ejecutivo en entornos de alta complejidad.
