The epitome of the book "The Dispossessed", published by Boitempo (2017), offers a comprehensive analysis of issues that touch on law, the state and private property. The author, Daniel Bensaid (2007), explores the reflections of Karl Marx's original text. The book discusses aspects of and comments on the German Timber Theft Act and the debates surrounding its passage through the Rhenish Diet in 1842, as well as addressing issues related to private property, law and the state, which play a key role in the critique presented by the authors.
