MAPEAMENTO SISTEMÁTICO DA LITERATURA SOBRE EMPREENDEDORISMO ACADÊMICO (2014–2024): FATORES CRÍTICOS, BARREIRAS E PERSPECTIVAS PARA A TRANSFERÊNCIA DE TECNOLOGIA

A conversão do conhecimento acadêmico em valor econômico e social tem se tornado um desafio estratégico para universidades, governos e indústrias, especialmente diante da crescente demanda por inovação e diversificação de fontes de financiamento da pesquisa. Nesse contexto, compreender o empreendedorismo acadêmico torna-se fundamental para analisar como o conhecimento científico pode gerar impacto econômico e social. Objetiva-se, neste estudo, mapear e classificar os domínios conceituais e evidências empíricas sobre o tema, identificar fatores críticos de sucesso e barreiras institucionais, regulatórias, de ecossistema e de identidade, e elaborar uma matriz de fatores versus evidências. Para tanto, procede-se a um Mapeamento Sistemático da Literatura (MSL) nas bases Scopus e Web of Science, abrangendo o período de 2014 a 2024, com aplicação de critérios rigorosos de inclusão, exclusão e avaliação de qualidade, sintetizados via ferramenta Parsifal. Desse modo, observa-se que a literatura converge para a importância da integração entre dimensões institucionais, regulatórias, ecossistêmicas e identitárias, destacando que a ênfase exclusiva no capital humano é insuficiente. Conclui-se que o avanço do empreendedorismo acadêmico depende da sinergia entre políticas institucionais claras, regulação flexível, ecossistemas colaborativos e fortalecimento da identidade empreendedora do cientista, configurando-se como vetor essencial para a transferência de tecnologia e inovação sustentável no ensino superior.
