Abstract

In this study, we explore the impacts of bullying on teachers and its relevance in preventing this phenomenon in schools. We found that educators often face emotional distress when dealing with bullying, highlighting the need for emotional support and adequate training. Furthermore, we emphasize the importance of the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA) in protecting students and the shared responsibility of the entire educational community in creating safe and healthy environments. Combating bullying is essential to promoting the well-being of students and teachers, ensuring a quality education. The lack of adequate resources is also a significant obstacle to the effective implementation of protective measures. Material, financial, and human resources are necessary to implement prevention programs, train professionals, create support structures, and provide adequate support to victims of violence. Unfortunately, many schools face limitations in these areas, which compromises the effective implementation of protective measures. Furthermore, the lack of coordination and networking among institutions also poses a challenge.
