EXPERIÊNCIAS DE CONEXÃO EMOCIONAL E INTIMIDADE DIGITAL EM ESPAÇOS DE REALIDADE VIRTUAL: UMA EXPLORAÇÃO A PARTIR DA CIBERPSICOLOGIA

A realidade virtual está transformando as formas pelas quais as pessoas interagem e estabelecem relações dentro de ambientes digitais. Este estudo qualitativo exploratório examinou como os usuários vivenciam e desenvolvem relacionamentos on-line em espaços imersivos de realidade virtual, com o objetivo de compreender melhor os fatores que facilitam a intimidade digital. Foram realizadas entrevistas em profundidade com 24 participantes (entre 18 e 30 anos) que haviam desenvolvido relações on-line e participavam ativamente de plataformas de realidade virtual. Os dados foram analisados por meio de análise temática para identificar padrões narrativos associados à presença, autenticidade e conexão emocional. Os achados revelaram que a imersão em ambientes virtuais potencializa a sensação de presença, amplia a expressividade emocional e favorece a formação de vínculos interpessoais significativos. Os participantes descreveram a realidade virtual como um meio capaz de possibilitar experiências mais profundas de intimidade do que aquelas alcançadas por outros canais de comunicação digital, ao oferecer um ambiente interativo e multissensorial. Esses resultados sugerem que a RV redefine os limites da interação humana e abre novas vias para examinar dimensões psicológicas, emocionais e sociais da intimidade digital. Além disso, os achados destacam o potencial de aplicação na ciberpsicologia, na terapia imersiva e no design de ecossistemas sociais virtuais.
