Abstract

The main objective of this work is to analyze the normative collection that ensures the right to health for people with disabilities in Brazil, synchronizing the connection between the Federal Constitution, the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and infra-constitutional diplomas, highlighting how these legal instruments intertwine to regulate and demand the effectiveness of said right. The study also demonstrates the inclusion of the right to health in the existential minimum of these individuals, which is fundamental for overcoming vulnerability and promoting their full social inclusion. This is a documentary research, whose unit of analysis is substantiated in legal texts.
