Abstract

Medical training is recognized as a demanding academic process, characterized by a high workload, a large volume of content, early contact with human suffering, and constant pressure for performance. Although these aspects are inherent to professional training, their intensity can contribute to compromising the mental health of students, favoring the development of psychological and emotional disorders, including Burnout Syndrome (ISHAK et al., 2013).
